Email forwards are used to send an email destined to an original recipient on to an alternate recipient. For example, user@domain.com can be sent to user@example.com.
Be aware that email forwards will fail SPF checks as your Mailborder server is usually not authorized to send email for the original sender domain.
Example:
bob@gmail.com sends an email to user@example.com. You forward user@example.com to mike@example.com. Mailborder is now sending an email to mike@example.com on behalf of gmail.com, which it is not an authorized sending server of the domain gmail.com.
